DORA Register of Information templates

The DORA Register of Information has 15 templates, from B_01.01 to B_99.01. Each page below shows the official fields and rules from the EBA's reporting package, the EBA FAQ and AFM clarifications that apply, and how our template and checks handle the sheet.

How the templates fit together

Four templates are master lists that the others refer to. Fill them first.

A reference to a value that is not in its master list is the most common reason the EBA rejects a register: error 807 (AFM Q&A, March 2026 (opens in a new tab)).

Official labels

Template titles and field labels are the EBA's own and stay in English, as in the reporting package. Field codes such as c0010 are the column headers in the package CSV files.

The official data comes from the EBA's DORA reporting package for reporting framework 4.0. The explanations cite the EBA FAQ of 28 March 2025 and the AFM's Q&A of March 2026. Each page shows when it was last reviewed.
