B_04.01 Entities making use of the ICT services
What this template is for
B_04.01 records which entity or branch uses each arrangement. Users must be entities in scope or ICT intra-group service providers.
Filling it in
- Reuse the reference numbers from B_02.01 and the LEIs from B_01.02.
- State whether the user is a branch or not (0030).
- Branch code (0040): part of the key, so never blank. When the user is not a branch, type
Not Applicable(EBA FAQ Q64). When it is a branch, use its code from B_01.03.

- Branch code:
Not Applicablefor a user that is a branch is an error, and so is any other value for a user that is not a branch. - References: an arrangement missing from B_02.01 or an LEI missing from B_01.02 is a warning, because the data model does not name the target tables.
- Not checked: we don't check that the branch code exists in B_01.03.
- Keys: each combination of arrangement, LEI and branch code may appear once.
- EBA rules: the EBA's active business rule for this template runs as a warning; the inactive one is not applied.
