These terms apply between CDCT and the business that orders an access code (the customer).

To order, the customer enters billing details, including a company name and a Dutch VAT number, and pays through Mollie with iDEAL or credit card. Before paying, the customer can review and correct everything entered.

The order is concluded when the customer pays. CDCT then emails the access code and, separately, the invoice. CDCT archives the order details and the invoice.

The price is the one shown on the pricing page when the order is placed, plus 21% Dutch VAT.

One access code covers one reporting entity: the entity whose LEI is in B_01.01 of the first workbook validated with that code. It includes unlimited validation runs and one xBRL-CSV package build. Validating a workbook requires an access code.

If the AFM rejects a package built with the service, or the temporary download expires before the customer has saved the package, the customer can request a rebuild by email to [email protected] or through the contact page, quoting the payment ID. CDCT replies within one business day and rebuilds the package once, at no cost. One free rebuild is available per access code in total, whichever the reason.

The data processing agreement forms part of these terms and is accepted by paying. The privacy statement explains how CDCT handles the customer's contact and billing details.

The customer remains responsible for the content of the workbook and for submitting the package to the AFM. The service helps prepare the submission but does not submit it on the customer's behalf and does not guarantee that the AFM accepts it.

Dutch law applies. The competent court in the Netherlands hears disputes. If the English and Dutch versions of these terms differ, the English version prevails.
