B_03.03 Entities signing the Contractual arrangements for providing ICT service(s) to other entity within the scope of consolidation
What this template is for
B_03.03 lists, per arrangement, the entities in scope that signed to provide ICT services to another entity within the scope of consolidation. It is the provider side of intra-group arrangements.
Filling it in
- Reuse the reference numbers from B_02.01 and the LEIs from B_01.02.
- Set the Link column to
truefor each row you report. In this template its column code isc0031, notc0030, as published in the EBA's annotated layout. - No intra-group provision? Leave the sheet empty. It is still declared in the package.

- Link column: must be
true; anything else is an error. The package uses the official column codec0031. - References: an arrangement missing from B_02.01 or an LEI missing from B_01.02 is a warning, because the data model does not name the target tables.
- Keys: each pair of arrangement and LEI may appear once.
- EBA rules: the EBA lists one rule for this template, and it is inactive, so it is not applied.
