B_02.03 List of intra-group contractual arrangements
What this template is for
B_02.03 links intra-group arrangements to the arrangements they relate to. It covers arrangements between entities in scope and ICT intra-group service providers.
Filling it in
- Each row pairs an arrangement reference with a linked arrangement reference. Both must exist in B_02.01.
- Set the Link column to
truefor each row you report. - No intra-group arrangements? Leave the sheet empty. It is still declared in the package.
- The AFM says intra-group outsourcing belongs in the register in the same way as any other outsourcing (AFM Q&A, March 2026 (opens in a new tab)).
How DORA Convert handles it
Our Excel template has a sheet named after this template. Each column header carries a note with what to enter, an example and the official source. Drop-down cells show each option as a label with its EBA code; the package carries the code. Errors block the package; warnings do not. See what we check.
- Link column: must be
true; anything else is an error. - References: references missing from B_02.01 are warnings, because the data model does not name the target table.
- Keys: each pair of references may appear once.
- EBA rules: the EBA publishes no business rules for this template.
