B_06.01 Functions identification

Waarvoor dit template is

B_06.01 bevat de functies die ICT-diensten gebruiken, met hun vergunde activiteit, de beoordeling van kriticiteit en de hersteldoelen. B_02.02 verwijst naar deze functies via hun identificatie.

Invullen

Uw eigen functies: er is geen officiële lijst. Bepaal de functies vanuit uw eigen operationele en organisatorische inrichting, kern- en ondersteunende functies gelijk (EBA-FAQ Q56–Q57).
Vergunde activiteit (0020): kies de code voor de activiteit. De Annex 2-lijst van de EBA koppelt activiteiten aan soorten entiteiten.
Nummering: de gepubliceerde ITS-tekst slaat 0050 over. Het rapportagepakket nummert de velden doorlopend, 0050 tot en met 0100, en die nummering geldt (EBA-FAQ Q46).
Hersteltijd en herstelpunt (RTO en RPO) zijn gehele getallen.

Verduidelijkingen van de AFM

Een functie-identificatie kan niet worden herhaald voor verschillende vergunde activiteiten. Maak voor elke combinatie van LEI (0040), functie (0030) en vergunde activiteit (0020) een unieke functie-identificatie aan (AFM Q&A, maart 2026 (opent in een nieuw tabblad)).

Hoe DORA Convert ermee omgaat

Ons Excel-template heeft een tabblad met de naam van dit template. Bij elke kolomkop staat een notitie met wat u invult, een voorbeeld en de officiële bron. Keuzecellen tonen elke optie als omschrijving met de EBA-code; het pakket bevat de code. Fouten blokkeren het pakket, waarschuwingen niet. Zie wat we controleren.

Unieke identificaties: de sleutel is de functie-identificatie samen met de LEI van de entiteit, zoals in de EBA-taxonomie. Een identificatie opnieuw gebruiken voor dezelfde LEI, bijvoorbeeld voor een tweede vergunde activiteit, is een fout. Dat sluit aan bij het antwoord van de AFM: geef elke combinatie een eigen identificatie.
Gebruik in B_02.02: een functie-identificatie in B_02.02 die hier alleen bij een andere LEI bestaat, is een fout. Een identificatie die hier helemaal ontbreekt, is een waarschuwing.
LEI: moet een entiteit uit B_01.02 zijn; ontbreekt die, dan is dat een waarschuwing.
EBA-regels: de actieve bedrijfsregels van de EBA voor dit template draaien als waarschuwing; de uitgeschakelde passen we niet toe.

Onze uitleg: De EBA heeft deze regel op inactief gezet. Hij controleert of de LEI in "LEI of the financial entity" (c0040) de vorm van een LEI heeft (20 tekens: 18 hoofdletters of cijfers, gevolgd door twee cijfers).

De regelteksten komen uit het werkboek met validatieregels van de EBA, zoals vastgelegd op 10 maart 2026. De EBA schrijft de meeste regels alleen als formule, in het Engels. "Onze uitleg" is onze eigen lezing van de regel, geen tekst van de EBA; bij verschil geldt de officiële tekst.
