B_01.02 List of entities within the scope of the register of information
Waarvoor dit template is
B_01.02 bevat elke entiteit binnen de reikwijdte van het informatieregister. Het is de hoofdlijst van entiteiten: B_01.03, B_02.02, B_03.01, B_03.03, B_04.01 en B_06.01 verwijzen naar de LEI's hierin.
Invullen
- Nooit leeg. Bij een individuele rapportage zonder andere groepsentiteiten vermeldt u de rapporterende entiteit zelf (EBA-FAQ Q101).
- Directe moeder (0060): zonder directe moederonderneming herhaalt u de eigen LEI van de entiteit uit 0010 (EBA-FAQ Q58).
- Niet-financiële groepsentiteiten die relevant zijn voor de levering van ICT-diensten horen hier ook (EBA-FAQ Q125).
- Consolidatieniveau: de AFM legt uit wanneer u op het niveau van de entiteit rapporteert en wanneer op het hoogste consolidatieniveau in de EU (AFM (opent in een nieuw tabblad)).
Hoe DORA Convert ermee omgaat
Ons Excel-template heeft een tabblad met de naam van dit template. Bij elke kolomkop staat een notitie met wat u invult, een voorbeeld en de officiële bron. Keuzecellen tonen elke optie als omschrijving met de EBA-code; het pakket bevat de code. Fouten blokkeren het pakket, waarschuwingen niet. Zie wat we controleren.
- LEI's: de LEI van de entiteit (0010) en van de moeder (0060) worden gecontroleerd op opbouw en controlecijfers. Een lege LEI van de moeder is een fout.
- GLEIF: staan de online controles aan, dan zoeken we beide LEI's op, zoals de EBA doet met VR_12 en VR_23. Het land van de entiteit (0030) vergelijken we met GLEIF, zoals in VR_16; wijkt het af, dan is dat een fout.
- Rapporterende entiteit: de LEI uit B_01.01 moet in deze lijst staan; ontbreekt die, of is de lijst leeg, dan is dat een fout.
- EBA-regels: de actieve bedrijfsregels van de EBA voor dit template draaien als waarschuwing.
- Herinnering: tenzij uw werkmap het laat zien, vragen we u te bevestigen dat relevante niet-financiële groepsentiteiten zijn opgenomen (FAQ Q125).

- Individual reporting in B_01.02: B_01.02 cannot be left empty; for individual reporting with no other group entities, it contains the reporting financial entity itself. (FAQ Q101)
- Non-financial group entities: Non-financial entities relevant to the provision of ICT services must be included in B_01.02. (FAQ Q125)
- c0060 LEI of the direct parent undertaking of the entity: FAQ Q58: if there is no direct parent undertaking, repeat the entity's own LEI from B_01.02.0010.
