B_01.01 Entity maintaining the register of information

Waarvoor dit template is

B_01.01 identificeert de entiteit die het informatieregister bijhoudt. Het template heeft één regel. De LEI is het ankerpunt van het hele pakket: die bepaalt de rapporterende entiteit in de bestandsnaam en in parameters.csv.

Invullen

Vul de LEI, naam, land, soort entiteit en bevoegde toezichthouder in van de entiteit die het register bijhoudt.
De rapportagedatum (0060) is de referentiedatum van het register. Voor de uitvraag van 2026 heeft de AFM die vastgesteld op 2025-12-31 (AFM (opent in een nieuw tabblad)).
Dezelfde LEI moet ook in B_01.02 staan, de lijst van entiteiten binnen de reikwijdte.

Hoe DORA Convert ermee omgaat

Ons Excel-template heeft een tabblad met de naam van dit template. Bij elke kolomkop staat een notitie met wat u invult, een voorbeeld en de officiële bron. Keuzecellen tonen elke optie als omschrijving met de EBA-code; het pakket bevat de code. Fouten blokkeren het pakket, waarschuwingen niet. Zie wat we controleren.

LEI: gecontroleerd op opbouw en controlecijfers (ISO 17442). Staan de online controles aan, dan zoeken we de LEI op bij GLEIF, zoals de EBA doet met regel VR_2.
Rapporterende entiteit: een lege B_01.01, of een LEI die niet in B_01.02 staat, is een fout.
Referentiedatum: een datum in de toekomst is een fout; een andere datum dan 31 december is een waarschuwing.
Pakket: de LEI en de referentiedatum vormen het begin van de pakketnaam en de parameters entityID en refPeriod, zodat ze altijd overeenkomen (foutcode 714).
Toegangscode: uw toegangscode wordt gekoppeld aan de LEI in B_01.01 van de eerste werkmap die u ermee valideert.

Onze uitleg: Een LEI heeft 20 tekens: 18 hoofdletters of cijfers, gevolgd door twee cijfers. De regel controleert de LEI in "LEI of the entity maintaining the register of information" (c0010); de formule van de EBA komt daar via "Name of the entity" (c0020) van dezelfde rij. Corrigeer de LEI in c0010.

De regelteksten komen uit het werkboek met validatieregels van de EBA, zoals vastgelegd op 10 maart 2026. De EBA schrijft de meeste regels alleen als formule, in het Engels. "Onze uitleg" is onze eigen lezing van de regel, geen tekst van de EBA; bij verschil geldt de officiële tekst.
