B_07.01 Assessment of the ICT services

Waarvoor dit template is

B_07.01 beoordeelt de ICT-diensten die een kritieke of belangrijke functie ondersteunen, of een wezenlijk deel daarvan: vervangbaarheid, de laatste audit, het exitplan, terughalen van de dienst, de gevolgen van stoppen en alternatieve aanbieders. Alleen diensten binnen die reikwijdte worden hier beoordeeld.

Invullen

Eén regel per overeenkomst, aanbieder en soort dienst. Hergebruik de identificatiecodes uit B_02.01 en B_05.01.
Baseer de beoordeling op uw werkelijke zakelijke afweging. Verschillende lijsten bevatten "Assessment not performed".
Uw interne definities van de opties kunt u toelichten in B_99.01.
Een typefout in de gepubliceerde ITS, waaronder de nummering van de keuzelijst voor 0110, verandert niets aan de rapportage met codes (EBA-FAQ Q48).

Hoe DORA Convert ermee omgaat

Ons Excel-template heeft een tabblad met de naam van dit template. Bij elke kolomkop staat een notitie met wat u invult, een voorbeeld en de officiële bron. Keuzecellen tonen elke optie als omschrijving met de EBA-code; het pakket bevat de code. Fouten blokkeren het pakket, waarschuwingen niet. Zie wat we controleren.

Beoordelingen: elke keuzelijst moet een code uit de EBA-lijst bevatten; de datum van de laatste audit moet een geldige datum zijn.
Verwijzingen: een overeenkomst die niet in B_02.01 staat of een aanbieder die niet in B_05.01 staat, is een waarschuwing, omdat het datamodel het doeltemplate niet noemt.
Sleutels: elke combinatie van overeenkomst, aanbieder en soort dienst mag één keer voorkomen.
EBA-regels: de actieve bedrijfsregels van de EBA voor dit template draaien als waarschuwing, ook v88889_m, waarvan de EBA de code in deze vorm publiceerde. Uitgeschakelde regels passen we niet toe.
