AFM deadlines and the filing cycle for the DORA Register of Information

The AFM sets the filing dates for the DORA Register of Information in news items and in its Q&A, not in one fixed table. This page lists the dates of the 2026 cycle, each with its AFM source. It says nothing about 2027, because the AFM has not announced a date. It covers the AFM only.

The 2026 cycle

Step Date Source
The AFM announces the request 4 November 2025 AFM news, 4 November 2025 (opens in a new tab)
First deadline, in that notice 22 March 2026 AFM news, 4 November 2025 (opens in a new tab)
The AFM publishes the one-week extension in a news item 12 March 2026 AFM news, 12 March 2026 (opens in a new tab)
First submission must be complete 31 March 2026 AFM news, 12 March 2026 (opens in a new tab); AFM Q&A (opens in a new tab)
Corrections of a submitted register welcome until 30 April 2026 AFM news, 12 March 2026 (opens in a new tab); AFM Q&A (opens in a new tab)

The extension applied to the first version. The AFM wrote that a company that submits its first version before 31 March 2026 has until 30 April 2026 to submit an improved version (AFM news, 12 March 2026 (opens in a new tab)). The Q&A calls these later files corrections to improve data quality, also called resubmissions (AFM Q&A (opens in a new tab)).

2027: not announced

On 30 October 2026 we read the AFM's Register of Information page (opens in a new tab) (last modified 6 October 2026). It names no date for a 2027 request. We make no claim about a 2027 deadline, reference date or taxonomy version. Treat any 2027 date from another source as unconfirmed until the AFM publishes it.

The AFM announced the 2026 request on 4 November 2025 (AFM news, 4 November 2025 (opens in a new tab)). The 2027 timing may differ. Do not plan on this pattern.

How we recheck

  • We read the AFM's Register of Information page and its news items every month, and again on 1 December 2026.
  • We change a date on this page only when an AFM page states it, and we add the link and the check date in the same change.
  • The reviewed date at the top of the page is the date of the last real check of these sources.
