Error code 808: not all templates reported

What the code means

Not every template is marked as reported. All filing indicators must be true, and a template without data must be sent empty (EBA (opens in a new tab)). The message the AFM quotes is "Missing templateID values" (AFM Q&A (opens in a new tab)).

For DORA, all 15 templates must be marked as reported, including empty ones (EBA common issues (opens in a new tab)).

Typical cause

• Empty template left out: a template without data, for example B_01.03 with no branches, was left out of FilingIndicators.csv or out of the package.
• Value false: an empty template is set to false instead of true. The AFM allows only true (AFM Q&A (opens in a new tab)).
• Table file missing: the template is listed in FilingIndicators.csv, but its CSV file is not in the package.

How to fix it

Keep all 15 sheets in the Excel workbook, including empty ones. Don't delete or rename a sheet. Then build the package again, so that:

1. FilingIndicators.csv lists all 15 templates, each with true;
2. every template has a CSV file in reports/, holding only the header row when the template is empty.

Does DORA Convert catch it before you file?

Yes. If a sheet is missing from the workbook, our validation reports an error and we don't build a package. Every package sets all 15 templates to true and holds a CSV file for each, even when empty. Before you can download, we check that no template is missing, none is false and every table file is present.
